What I Work On

Research

Seven clusters of work spanning wireless infrastructure, security, and applied machine learning — united by a focus on making next-generation networks faster, safer, and more efficient.

01

Vehicular Networking & 6G/V2X Communication

Data forwarding schemes, infotainment delivery, mobility management, and Named Data Networking approaches for connected and autonomous vehicles, with a focus on 6G-enabled V2X systems.

02

Radio Resource Management

Handover optimization and interference management across 5G/6G heterogeneous networks (HetNets), improving quality of service as devices move between cells and radio access technologies.

03

IoT Security & Authentication

Lightweight key-management and authentication protocols for resource-constrained IoT and industrial systems operating over 6G infrastructure.

04

Cooperative & SWIPT Networks

Simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) and cooperative relay strategies that improve energy efficiency and throughput in next-generation wireless networks.

05

Machine Learning Applications

Applied ML across object detection and speech emotion recognition, alongside ML-driven frameworks for multi-RAT coexistence in 6G networks.

06

Antenna Design & Wireless Propagation

Signal propagation, frequency reuse, and antenna-level engineering underpinning reliable handover and V2X links — the physical layer beneath every network above it.

07

Digital Twin Technologies

Modeling and simulating 6G/V2X systems as digital twins, allowing network behavior to be tested and optimized before real-world deployment.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

SDG 3 & SDG 11

Two threads of this research align with UN Sustainable Development Goals — SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-Being) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities & Communities) — reflecting work that touches health-adjacent sensing and smart, connected urban infrastructure.
